frantic

was having lunch with officemates at chowking tomas morato and i noticed the servers...they were walking around with trays full of food and drinks at top speed. it was like they were on something or they were being chased by the devil.

watching them i could feel myself tense up and actually get this feeling of being stressed out. and i was amused by it - to actually be affected by the servers when i'd hardly noticed before.

and then i realized that's why up scale restaurants are much more expensive than fast food ones, you're paying for the calm ambiance. so that you can enjoy your food in a relaxed environment.
